Republic
Day Speech -1
Honorable
President of today's holy Republic Day Program, Chief Guest on the platform,
respected teacher's and my friends..
A republic means in essence the power in the hands of the people. Of course, where the head of the country is not elected by inheritance. And all the government offices and posts there are always open for the service of the common citizens of the country. And the day from which the people got all these rights is celebrated as Republic Day every year. As in India, 26 January is celebrated as Republic Day

Republic
Day Speech -2
Good morning
everyone, and a very happy Republic Day to you all. Today, we gather here to
celebrate the anniversary of our country's Constitution coming into effect, and
to honor the sacrifices of those who fought for our freedom.
The
Constitution of India, which was adopted on January 26th, 1950, is a document
that lays down the fundamental principles and laws of our nation. It defines
the rights and duties of citizens, and establishes the framework for our
democracy. The Constitution also guarantees equality, justice, and freedom for
all.
As we celebrate
this day, it is important for us to remember the sacrifices of our freedom
fighters. They struggled against British colonial rule for many years, and
their efforts finally led to India's independence in 1947. However, their work
was not done, as they continued to fight for a Constitution that would ensure
the rights and freedoms of all citizens.

Republic Day Speech -4
Honorable
Chairman of the program of this day, the chief guests on the platform,
respected gurujan class and my brothers and sisters, the youth of this country
should take the example of martyr Azam Bhagat Singh... Dr. Babasaheb's thoughts
should be taken... Truth seeker Mahatma Phule's rebellion should be taken. The
comprehensiveness of Rajarshi Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj and Maharaja Sayajirao
Gaikwad should be taken, and the flexibility and agreement of Shambhu Raj
should be taken.
With Shivaraya's
libertarian and man-as-man approach, India's future is certainly bright...
Similar to the movement in New Delhi, all the states of India are celebrating
the Republic Day today. In every state the governor of that state accepts the
military salute.

★Republic Day Speech -8
Warm good
morning and greetings to each one present here. Honorable
President of today's Republic Day Program, Chief Guest on the platform,
respected teacher's and my friends.. I am Nandini, 6 th
class student. I feel blessed to be given the opportunity to welcome esteemed
guests, our honourable principal, teachers, and my dear friends to the republic
day celebration. India is celebrating Republic Day today. I welcome each
one to this auspicious occasion. Republic Day (26th January) marks the celebration
of the implementation of the Indian Constitution on this date in 1950. Indian
constitution is the longest written constitution in the whole world. India’s
freedom struggle has been noteworthy where many freedom fighters had to
sacrifice their lives so that India breathes the air of freedom. Indian
constitution is also the result of the hard work of B.R. Ambedkar. He drafted
the constitution which came to force on 26 January, 1950. The main celebration
of republic day is held at the Rajpath in New Delhi before the president of
India. The parades are organized at the Rajpath which takes place as a tribute
to India and its rich culture. On this day, many schools and colleges around
the nation organize flag hoisting and functions in their premises. We are
all gathered here to celebrate the achievement of the finest democracy in the
world. This day reminds us of our freedom struggle and how we received ‘Purn
Swaraj’ or complete independence. Today, we can enjoy many rights and
privileges as a citizen of this country. Some of these rights are the right to
equality, right to freedom, right against exploitation, right to freedom of
religion. Cultural and educational rights, etc. However, the true attainment of
a republic is a consequence of the long struggles of our freedom fighters. We
must never forget them and celebrate this day every year with the same joy and
pride. Thank you!

Although we have seen a lot of economic improvement and success as a
country, there are still many hurdles in our way. Like poverty, unemployment,
pollution and last three years covid. As citizens it is our duty to face these
challenges and come out stronger on the other side. So one thing we all
can do is we can promise each other that by being a conscious citizen ourselves
we can contribute to solve all these problems and make our nation a better
developed nation.

Republic Day Speech -10
Honourable chief guest. I would like to extend a warm welcome and heartfelt
greetings to our honourable principal, respected teachers, and my dear frends.
We all have gathered here today to celebrate Republic Day wonderful
opportunity to come on the stage and deliver the welcome occasion speech. I
would like to talk about my beloved country on this occasion of Republic Day.
We all must know India celebrates Republic Day on 26 January as the
Constitution of India came into existence on this day in 1950. This not only
made us a republic but also made the people of India the highest authority in
the country. Our freedom fighters had struggled and sacrificed their lives so
that the future of India is not under slavery. Freedom strugglers like Bhagat
Singh, Mahatma Gandhi, Chandra Shekhar Azad, and many more must be remembered.
We must pay tribute to them on today’s occasion. After independence, India was
facing Hindu-Muslim riots and corruption. It was the duty of each member of
free India to return the country to its glory. After rigorous efforts, the
constitution was finally implemented in a full-fledged manner on 26 January
1950. The credit for drafting the Indian constitution goes to B.R. Ambedkar. He
was a member of the Constituent Drafting Committee who is considered the chief
architect of the constitution of India. 26th January is celebrated as
colourfully organized cultural events all over the country. Every citizen of
India is filled with pride and happiness on the occasion. They play patriotic
songs and enjoy sweet dishes to mark the celebrations.
